Suggested use (as stated by MitoZen)

Take 5–10 tablets daily, ideally on an empty stomach 20–30 minutes before food or exercise. Start with 5 tablets if you are new and adjust gradually. Take with water only; do not take with protein powders or food for at least 30 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture, and close the lid tightly after each use.
